Led a team of temporary outpatient escorts coordinating flow through hospital service corridors to a temporary reception during an 8-day renovation window managing ~100 outpatients daily. Primary contact for reception, Imaging Assistants, the Clinical Coordinator, Chief Technologists and the Operations Manager on flow-related issues.
